Command entry on Windows XP
To get to a command prompt:- click Start
- point to All Programs
- point to Accessories
- click Command Prompt.
Additionally, you can right-click on the command prompt (once it appears in the start menu, which it will after you use it once) and click "pin to start menu," and then it will always be available.
